Brighton Marine launched Coordinated Veterans Services as pilot program in 2017 to build a local network of military- and veteran-focused service providers in the Greater Boston area and develop a coordination center and referral system utilizing the Unite US technology platform.

Are you a service provider?

Unite Massachusetts network partners are supported by a Massachusetts-based Unite Us team focused on community engagement, network health and optimization, and customer success. Partners in the network connect through Unite Us’ shared technology platform to send and receive electronic referrals, address people’s social needs, and improve health across communities.

The ultimate vision of state networks is to build the digital infrastructure and common ecosystem needed to connect health, human, and social care providers and eventually allow for redistribution of dollars from healthcare to social care spending so that social care and human service providers can be reimbursed for the services that they provide and ensure people receive the services they need.

Community-based organizations and many organizations that are considered part of the safety net (community health centers, tribal clinics, mental health centers, etc) can join the Unite Massachusetts network at no cost. The network isn’t limited to organizations focused on serving the veterans community––those who do are part of the Coordinated Veteran Services network.
