Virtual Collaboration Summits

The Veterans Collaborative hosts monthly statewide virtual collaboration summits via Zoom on the 1st Wednesdays at 3:30pm (except January and July). Service providers and supporters of local service members, veterans, and their families, caregivers, or survivors have the opportunity introduce themselves, and share events, information, and resources.

RSVP isn’t required, but it’s helpful if you’re new. You can Sign In here to connect to the Network and receive email reminders.

typical agenda

Participants are welcome to drop in to catch part of the summit if unable to stay the whole time. If you’d like to speak for more than 2–3 minutes (or have an update but need to leave early or arrive late) let us know in advance or message us via chat once you’re in Zoom so we can adjust.

  • 3:30pm – Introductions from any new participants (1–2 minutes)

  • 3:40pm – Announcements from any local, state, and federal agency participants (2–3 minutes)

  • 4pm – Veterans Collaborative updates and overview of shared resources and collaboration tools

  • 4:10pm – Announcements from any other participants (2–3 minutes)

Participants and Steering Committee members also periodically engage fellow service providers around specific issues and topics, to share best practices, or to discuss eligibility and referral processes. Community Summits are usually longer and include a panel or other presentation during the first half of the summit, followed by a Q&A, roundtable, or breakouts.
